On 7 October 2017 we held a silent protest at Parliament Square – over 200 people stood for 30 minutes in what was a powerful and emotional silent tribute to the millions of elephants and rhinos killed for their tusks and horns, and their ongoing plight.
After the silent protest, we heard moving and inspiring talks by our five guest speakers: Sangita Iyer, filmmaker, ‘Gods in Shackles’; Duncan McNair, founder of Save The Asian Elephants; Dan Richardson, actor, wildlife campaigner and patron;  Will Travers, president, Born Free Foundation; and Rory Young, Chengeta Wildlife.
